As you breathe out, feel yourself in that space. As you breathe in, create space for God. As you breathe out, allow God to fill that space. As you breathe in, connect with God. As you breathe out, listen to God. As you breathe in, feel His Spirit. As you breathe out, surrender. God is in control. Repeat as many times as needed. God is grounding you.
