​I use a unique approach to nourishment that incorporates both nutrition principles and psychology. I am not here to change your diet or tell you what to eat, but to guide you to more mind/body/spirit nourishment in a way that is gentle, a way that leads you to know yourself better, to be more of your authentic self. By discovering ways, unique to you...you can become more nourished, more internally whole. Find you from the inside out.

This is not a weight loss program nor is it about "fixing" what is broken in your body. For none of us are truly broken. We may have symptoms and struggles, but these are only messages to give us clarity on our journey. To help us feel more empowered in our own self and in our life. I am here as a guide, a coach, a counselor, a listener, a peace giver. I am here to stand beside you and help you discover what your symptoms are trying to tell you, to discover who you are and how to nourish each part of your authentic self.

By eliminating all the “shoulds and shouldn’ts," I focus on what’s right for your body and your personal style. We will explore together ways to nourish your body (food and movement), ways to nourish your mind (being more present, letting go of "thought control"), and ways to nourish your spirit (connecting with your faith). We will create opportunities for growth and self-improvement. In my training at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, I’ve learned to help clients reach their highest goals not by strategies that punish, but through strategies that nourish.
